Cancellations and reschedules

We understand that plans can change. If your travel plans need adjusting, we’re here to help. You can reschedule your tour or receive a full refund with ease.

Cancellations due to weather

Iceland’s weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor activities. If your tour is delayed or canceled due to weather or ice conditions, rest assured you’ll receive a full refund. Alternatively, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling your tour for a better weather window. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.

General terms and conditions for refunds

• Reservations cancelled 60 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
• A 5% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled tour.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. However, we offer the option to reschedule your tour.

For reservation changes:

• If you need to modify your reservation more than 48 hours before the tour, please reach out to us via email at info@icexcursions.is
